Marston’s Reward Scheme – Terms and Conditions of Use (2011 Edition)

This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we operate the MarstonR= 17;s Reward Scheme on our website www.m= ymarstons.co.uk to you.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before redeeming any rewards from= our site. You should understand that by redeeming any rewards, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You = should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

The Marston’s Reward Scheme is opera= ted by Marston’s PLC which reserves the right, at any time without noti= ce, to: (a) terminate the scheme; and (b) on reasonable grounds, withdraw = or cancel points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operat= ion of the Marston’s Reward Scheme. Reasonable grounds include (i) a= ny abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted u= se of points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions = or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the scheme.
All participants in the Marston’s Re= ward Scheme must be resident in the UK, aged 18 years or over. Eligible registered users of MyMarston’s will be invited to become members of the Marston’s Reward Scheme.
Members may be removed from the scheme at = any time at the discretion of Marston’s PLC.
The Marston’s Reward Scheme is only = for use by the registered member. Marston’s Reward Scheme points can= not be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
Marston’s PLC will attribute a point= value to certain products. Poi= nts will be earned by your MyMarston’s account when you purchase products which earn points. This can be altered at the discretion of Marston’s PLC. Marston’s PLC shall be entitled to set a li= mit on the number of points which may be awarded to each member in respect= of special promotional items on which additional points are awarded. Marston’s PLC shall be entitled at any time to cancel points awa= rded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given o= r if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower points value Marston’s PLC shall be entitled to cancel the balance of points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of t= he replacement products.
Points can only be earned on products orde= red using the Barbox online ordering application or via the Marston’s Customer Service Centre. The Marston’s Reward Scheme does not apply to products ordered by any other method.
Points cannot be redeemed until credited t= o a member’s MyMarston’s account. Points will be credited from = the date of invoice of an order for products that earn points.<= /span>
Points have no redemption or monetary valu= e.
Rewards, in the form of products, offers a= nd gifts, each with a points value, which may be ‘paid for’ by redeeming points, will be notified to the members via their MyMarston’s account. Rewards are subject to availability
The level of reward given by Marston’= ;s PLC will be based on the number of points that a member has collected on ordered products.
Points do not have an expiry date but are = lost if the relevant MyMarston’s account is closed or the MarstonR= 17;s Reward Scheme ends.
= This scheme and these terms and any dispute arising under or in connection with them are governed by English law a= nd subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
